Attorney Greene earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland (1987), a Master of Science Degree in Information Systems from the American University in Washington DC (1992), A Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Law (1997)  and an LLM (Master of Laws) in Taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law (2005).

Attorney Greene is a retired USAR Judge Avocate General Officer (JAG) that has completed the United States Army JAG Officer Basic Course, JAG Contract Attorneys Course, the JAG Fiscal Law Course, and the JAG Legal Assistance Course.  Attorney Greene is licensed in the State of Maryland and the District of Attorney.  Attorney Greene has been an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland University College for over 13 years.
